During my 14 years of work experience in the disposable surgical trading field, I noticed a great problems, that many cancer patients or their bystanders are unaware of the availability of colostomy bags to be used after surgery. Many of them from my surrounding area like the interior areas of Malappuram and Calicut districts went to Trivandrum to buy these bags. I met with a lot of varicose vein patients who didn’t know the importance of compression stockings and how to wear them.
On seeing this kind of shocking and sympathetic situation faced by the rural public, I got the idea to start a disposable surgical store to be able to get emergency medical devices at a reasonable price to the patient. As a result, Aparna Healthcare Solutions LLP was formed in 2020.
